In addition to project management, analysis and consultancy on development projects our services also include the implementation of development processes according to the relevant required norms or, e.g. the V model. Collaborating with you we aim at laying a foundation to ensure a successful development on schedule.

Many times, developments are finished, but the documentation is usually missing or is rather poor. Most of the knowledge is kept in the minds of the engineers and not put on paper. The training of a new employee is therefore very expensive and time consuming. The apparatus frequently don't function properly, so, redevelopment will be costly or the date of product introduction has to be postponed for a long period of time. These and other problems can be avoided by means of a well structured development process followed and supported by the whole staff.
